Once your order is shipped:

Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: Varies by region, typically 7–21 business days
Shipping times begin after your order is fulfilled and scanned by the carrier.
Payment

Payment is charged immediately at checkout to reserve your pre-order item.

This supports production and locks in your limited piece.
Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Delays
While we aim to ship on time, delays may occur due to:

Local Pick-Ups (When Product Arrives)
Once pre-order hats arrive at our facility:

You will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up.

Pick-ups must be collected within 7 days of notification.

A valid order confirmation or ID is required for pick-up.
Pick-ups are only available once inventory physically arrives and is checked in.
